If you believe jii7 has not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to jii7's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. jii7 will respond to all valid requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, in accordance with RA 10173.
jii7 is strictly prohibited from being accessed by or used by persons under 21 years of age. jii7 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data belonging to persons under 21.
If jii7 discovers or is notified that personal data belonging to a minor has been collected, jii7 will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete the personal data without undue delay, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by applicable gaming regulations.
Some of jii7's service providers — including game content providers, cloud hosting infrastructure, and certain KYC technology partners — may process personal data outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, jii7 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
jii7's primary data storage infrastructure serving Filipino players is located in the Asia-Pacific region. No personal data is transferred to overseas entities for purposes unrelated to the operation of the jii7 Platform.
jii7 processes gaming activity data — including bet history, deposit frequency, session length, and loss patterns — as part of its responsible gaming monitoring program. This processing is carried out under jii7's legitimate interests and its legal obligations as a PAGCOR-licensed operator to identify and support players who may be experiencing harm from gambling.
Data processed for responsible gaming purposes is used exclusively for player welfare — it is never used for commercial profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose adverse to the player. Players who activate self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or limit tools have those restrictions enforced at a data level across all jii7 systems to prevent circumvention.
jii7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Where changes are material — meaning they affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data in a way that could be disadvantageous to you — jii7 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by prominent Platform notification before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the jii7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you must cease using jii7 and may request Account closure by contacting jii7 support.
